"Happy Me" Guarantee:  Our "Happy Me" Guarantee is simple... You love our products or your money back! We're so sure you'll be over the moon with what you get, we're putting our money where our mouth is! Under this guarantee, customers can return up to a 10 gram order of opened/used product in exchange for store credit. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. This policy excludes any product order greater than 1 gram in size. All sales are final for THCA flower product orders exceeding 10 grams. This policy ensures that customers can shop with confidence, knowing they have the option to exchange products that don't meet their expectations.

 

Policy Duration: Our refund and exchange policy is active for 60 days from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, if 60 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

 

Return Eligibility:

  • Return of Product(s) should occur within 60 days from the date of initial delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in pristine condition for a complete refund.

Non-returnable Goods:  Certain goods are not eligible for return. This includes perishable items, which are exempt from being returned.

Reporting Damaged or Missing Items: Please report any damaged or missing items within 72 hours after delivery by filling out the "Contact Us" form sheet. 

Refund Process Upon the receipt and evaluation of your returned merchandise, we will inform you via email about the arrival of your item and the decision regarding your refund request. Should your refund be approved, it will be processed promptly, and the amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or the original payment method within a designated number of days. Delayed or Absent Refunds If your refund has not been received yet, please recheck your bank account first. Should there be no update, we advise contacting your credit card company, as it might take additional time for the refund to be officially recorded on your statement. Subsequently, reach out to your bank, as there could be a processing period before the refund is reflected in your account. In the event you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at contact@twinbuds.com.

Lost Orders: Sometimes, shipping and delivery may be delayed due to lost or damaged parcels. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate a claim. Please be aware, if the chosen shipping method doesn't include insurance, Lifted Made cannot be held accountable for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen. For orders shipped via First Class, be advised that these packages are not insured, and claims cannot be filed with the shipping carrier. Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, its tracking and management are beyond our control. However, you may reach out to your local Post Office, FedEx, or UPS to inquire if they can assist in locating your package.

Procedure for Returns: To process a return, initiate contact with customer support by emailing contact@twinbuds.com. This ensures correct handling of your return. Returns sent without prior notification are not our responsibility, and we reserve the right to reject or deny returns without sufficient information.

All parts and accessories must accompany the returned product. If the returned item functions properly upon inspection, it will be shipped back at the customer's cost. Returns not meeting our policy will not be processed.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including those for expedited shipping selected during purchase. We suggest insuring your package, as we are not accountable for lost or damaged items in transit.

Please allow a 2 day for processing your return upon its arrival.

Cancellation of Orders: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will endeavor to accommodate your cancellation request provided the order has not been dispatched. For shipped orders, our standard return procedure applies.

Shipping returns

Please note that the shipping costs incurred for returning an item are your responsibility. These costs are not refundable. Should you be entitled to a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be subtracted from your refund amount.
